The study aimed to determine necessary optimum parameters for effective and high-quality operation of pig’s dehairing machine, especially to reduce the work load in the condition of post-scalding, where the pig’s temperature is still high, causing difficulties in dehairing and to ensure the lowest amount of hair left after dehairing with the machine. The dehairing machine was built based on calculations and designs adapted from other countries’ dehairing machine’s specifications. Preliminary experiments resulted in input parameters including the number of scraping rollers’ revolutions, tilt angle of auxiliary bar, dehairing time, with output parameter being the percentage of hair left on pig’s skin. The study was conducted at Cattle slaughtering center, Tan Tao ward, Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh city. The method of study was quadratic experimental design and Box-Behnken. Optimization was solved by Matlab software. Results showed that the optimum lowest percentage of hair left was Q = 3.85%, corresponding to the velocity of scraping rollers being v = 3.7%, tilt angle of auxiliary bar being α = 120° and dehairing time being t = 56.14 s.

Hát bội (tuồng) is a dramatic form of Vietnamese traditional theatrics. It has a long development in history, a wide influence throughout three regions of our country. In the Southern, hát bội has its own characteristics in expression style and creation poetics. In 1977, the Hồ Chí Minh City’s Hát bội Art Troupe (the Hồ Chí Minh City’s Hát bội Art Theatre now) was established. It has been gathering a lot of hát bội artists, who have contributed to make an identity in hát bội art and represented hát bội art of Hồ Chí Minh City in particular and the one of Southern in general. Hát bội’s scripts of Hồ Chí Minh City have inherited the traditional hát bội art in Southern. They have also accepted modern factors in contemporary dramatic literature. This article outlines tendencies of hát bội script in Hồ Chí Minh City (View from Hồ Chí Minh City’s Hát bội Art Theatre) during 40 years of creation and development.

In this article, we talk about causes of violence toward children in kindergarten in Ho Chi Minh city. Participants of this study include 177 teachers belonged to public and private schools. Questionnaire and deep interview methods were applied to study real causes of violence toward children in kindergartens. The results of this study show that there are four causes leading to violence toward children: causes from children and job's requirements related to children; causes from relationship between teachers and children's parents, cause from job's pressure and biological and psycological change of teachers; causes from violating job's disciplines and conflicts in working relation of teachers. There is a significant and very close relation among group of causes leading to violence toward children in kindergartens.

Stress in patients in general, in particular chronic diseases are increasingly cared about by medical psychologist. The study was conducted on 335 patients group of chronic diseases including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and hypertension. The results show that there is a significant proportion of patients with stress in different levels. Stress also causes some changes in patients. Besides, the study also identified a number of protective factors and risk factors for stress in this patient group.

61 depressive inpatients without psychosis, treated in the Department of Psychiatry - Hospital 103, were evaluated by Thematic Apperception TAT test. Results show that all the TAT pictures expose signs of depression. The clinical symptoms of depression are projected onto TAT. In 8 signs of depression, signs 1 and 2 signs appear the most often.

While researching on Ngu Che poetry of Minh Menh King, 11 poems about interstig farming experince were discovered. Our article researched sex disguise in the case of Ut Lot - Ho Lieu from the theories of game "Sex disguising" game in "Ut Lot - Ho Lieu" narrative poetry is a prism vividly reflected man and the world surrounding, temporarily named "game prism" and after all "the new" is created. Since then, the game has significance as the experimental interpretations of the human soul - namely expressing response and releasing "secrect sorrow" needs.

Researching on semantic field will help us find out the semantic relationships of the vocabulary system because the words are not in sporadic random but they have certain relationships with others in the whole parts. Through the survey, we found that the vocabulary refreshing to "water" and "fire" appeared repeatedly in Vietnamese.
