Abstract

The Brahmanism temples system stretches throughout the South Central coast. Concerning the temples are religious ceremonies, ethnic festivals, community activities, etc. of Cham people. Currently, the Brahmanism temples of Cham people are being exploited in a fragmented way, there is no consistency according to the development plans of each locality wasting a great deal of significance as well as the value of Brahminical temples. This article is to identify the system of Brahmanism temples of Cham people as part of the Cham cultural heritage in the Central Coastal cultural region. At the same time, it is suggested to solve this system of temples into cultural tourism activities in the area. Thus, we can promote the great value and potential of the Cham cultural heritage in the South Central region in the period of development and integration in the present.

Abstract

This study aim to extraction conditions of antioxidants from bitter leaf (Vernonia amygdalina) using water. The effects of extraction: temperature, time and solid-solvent ratio were studied. The bitter leaf sample was extracted in water at the solid-solvent ratio (1:10, 1:20, 1:30, 1:40 1:50), various lengths of time (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 min) and various temperatures (50oC, 60oC, 70oC, 80oC, 90oC). The result of each experiment was evaluated by total polyphenol content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC) and antioxidant activity (DPPH) of water extraction of bitter leaf. The study show that: the best extraction condition for the bitter leaf (Vernonia amygdalina) was at 70oC for 40 min with 1:30 solid-solvent ratio for TPC, TFC and DPPH (451.784 ± 1.995 mg GAE/100g, 41.735 ± 0.791 mg QE/100g, 96.536 ± 2.920 ppm VitC, respectively), the experiments and results are presented in this paper.

Abstract | PDF (951.2K)

Abstract

In this study, the influence of technological parameters of ultrasound and cellulase enzyme treatment on polyphenol extraction from fresh floret leaves was investigated by a factorial experimental method. The investigated parameters of ultrasonic extraction are the processing time (5, 10, 15 minutes) and the ultrasonic power (20, 25, 30, 35% calculated at a maximum power of 750W). The technological parameters of the extraction assisted cellulase enzyme treatment were enzyme concentrations (0,5; 1; 1,5; 2% v / w) and treatment time (30, 45, 60, 75 minutes). Compared with the traditional extraction method, the total polyphenol content (TPC) in the extract was only 49,493 mgGAE / g dry matter, the extraction method with ultrasonic extraction for TPC content was 1,41 times, Extracts that support enzyme treatment for TPC content are 1,66 times higher. Antioxidant activity (calculated by DPPH radical elimination capacity) was highest in ultrasonic extraction with 72,79% and enzymatic extraction with 86,27% traditionally extracted control sample (53,02%).

Applying virtualization technology in utilizing information technology infrastructure

Electronic version: 11 Oct 2017 | DOI: 10.58810/vhujs.5.4.2017.5307
Abstract | PDF (1.2M)

Abstract

In recent years, the demand for efficient use of information technology resources in agencies and businesses is becoming essential. In order not to invest too much on these equipment but still meet the requirements of the agency is the problem. A suitable solution is to use virtualization technology to improve utilization efficiency, reduce operating and invest costs, and ensure the smooth management and security of the system. This paper aims at setting out the common requirements for the company, providing appropriate solution and applying model, and then installing and deploying the system based on VMware Vsphere virtualization software to create the information technology infrastructure based on virtualization technology.

Electronic version: 11 Oct 2017 | DOI: 10.58810/vhujs.5.4.2017.5424
Abstract | PDF (847.8K)

Abstract

This research was conducted to optimize microwave treatment conditions on raw fish roes for rice seasoning processing. The second level orthogonal meshing model was set up to evaluate two technological parameters that greatly influenced the color brightness of the material during process: microwave power (120-200W) and processing time (6-10 minutes). Results showed that, at a microwave power of 171W and a processing time of 9 minutes, the treated fish roes had the brighter color than the standard sample (1,90% difference). Protein content and lipid content of raw materials were not significantly changed after treatment (decreased by 2,80% and 4,08%, respectively). This research shows that this method is simple but highly effective and completely feasible.

Abstract | PDF (1.7M)

Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the effects of spray-drying process on content of carotenoid, phenolic and DPPH of carrot powder from the carrot extract, which is a result of hydrolysis stage using two combined enzymes of cellulase and pectinase at conditions of 550C, enzyme concentration 1% v/dwt during 90 munites. Spray-drying process was conducted under conditions of 1300C, inlet flow rate 14 rpm and compressed air 3 bar. Adding maltodextrin into carrot extract to 15% of dry matter concentra- tion. The finished product contained 3.5% moisture, 18.97mg/100g carotenoid, 1474.88 mgTEAC/100g phenolic compounds and DPPH 357.84 mgGAE/100g. The product with slight colour, less stickiness was applied to prepare carrot soup. This dish gained overall 4 in 5 score from the organoleptic estima- tion committee. Other criteria such as appearance, taste, flavour were also assessed with good score.

Abstract | PDF (246.6K)

Abstract

There are two way educating people. Education of "the device of society" is the purposed education, the direction to the goals that meets the labor demand of society. This education has the risk of extremes, which is easy to tend to material benefits that never get bored. Education of "social orientation" is an orientation lifestyle which is not for the crowd but for the small number of elites. The education needs honoring because only elites can be held accountable to social organizations.

Abstract | PDF (318.8K)

Abstract

To identify factors affecting the job creation of Enterprises in the electrical-electronic industry, the research uses ordinary least squares (OLS) regression with data collected from 4.199 enterprises in phase 2009-2014. The regression result shows that size of enterprise, labor productivity, and capital intensity have a positive impact on job creation of Enterprises. The wage, age, debt ratio of enterprise have the negative impact on job creation, and there is a difference in labor growth among various forms of capital ownership, areas of activity and the potential export of the enterprise.

Abstract | PDF (885.5K)

Abstract

The article is to study on the impact of the budget deficit on the current account in the Southeast-Asia countries. By using the secondary data of Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the 2008-2015 period and statistical method of Generalized Least Squares (GLS) which defines current account as a dependent variable, there are independent variables such as: fiscal balance, government expenditure, economic growth, multilateral exchange rate in turn. The results of the study showed that the government fiscal balance has a positive influence on the current account balance while government expenditure and multilateral exchange rate lead to the reverse effect on the current account balance. Besides, there is no significant relationship between economic growth rate and current account balance in the Southeast Asia countries in the period 2008-2015.

Abstract | PDF (322.4K)

Abstract

Thanh Tam Tuyen, member of the Sang Tao Magazine, has contributed to the development of modern Vietnamese poetry. Since his appearance, Thanh Tam Tuyen’s poetry continues to be new, fascinating and obsessive because the compressed reality of life has caused long debates. In recent years, Thanh Tam Tuyen's poetry research has become increasingly popular. Based on previous posts, we want to exploit the origins of Thanh Tam Tuyen's artistic concept - Dionysian Artistic concept. From that, the Art of Đen và Mọi have been formed and Thanh Tam Tuyen’s poetries have opened a deep section of the soul (sometimes it is the prohibition) that sunlight cannot reach.
