Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xem xét vai trò của các yếu tố về cam kết quản trị và sự hỗ trợ của nhà quản trị đối với chất lượng của hệ thống thông tin (HTTT) ở các doanh nghiệp tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Mẫu nghiên cứu gồm 175 đối tượng đang làm việc ở các vị trí trong các loại hình doanh nghiệp khác nhau. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được thu thập chủ yếu thông qua khảo sát bằng bảng câu hỏi (từ tháng 3/2017 – 6/2017) và sau đó phân tích thống kê mô tả và thực hiện các kiểm định giả thuyết nghiên cứu thông qua phân tích hồi quy tuyến tính với sự hỗ trợ của phần mềm SPSS. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy chất lượng HTTT chịu sự tác động của công tác đào tạo, sự hỗ trợ của nhà quản trị. Ngoài ra, một số hàm ý nghiên cứu cũng được trình bày nhằm nâng cao vai trò của yếu tố quản trị đối với chất lượng HTTT ở các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam.
