Abstract

In Vietnam, Developing of eco-tourism is the right development direction, that in terms of our country possesses a lot of resources in general and eco-tourism resources in particular. In the point of view of the sustainable tourism development including eco-tourism, the human resources whom serving ecotourism must be focused, namely, the tourist guides specializing in ecotourism. This research presents the proposed content to make training plan for the ecotourism tourist guide from the experienced in traning the ecotourism tourist guide of Japan.
