Abstract

Promoting tourism through cinema is one of the effective ways that have been adopted by many countries in the world. However, Vietnam tourism has not fully utilized its potential. This article presents an overview of the film tourism and its effectiveness. Experiences from other countries and reality in Vietnam are presented to give directions for Vietnamese tourism.
