Abstract

On the basic of an overview on the scales of service quality, the study applied the Higher Education Performance (HEDPERF) scale to measure the quality of educational service and student satisfaction. Data for the study were collected from 292 students who had just graduated from Van Hien University. The data analysis methods used in the study included descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and correlation and linear regression analysis. The research results showed that fundemental factors affecting the level of student satisfaction with the quality of training consist of "academic" and “trust and empathy". Between them, "trust and empathy” is the factor that has more influence on the level of student satisfaction with the quality of training.
