Corporate restructring: the scientific foundations and the need to implement in terms of integration

Abstract
Under the pressure both inside and outside, corporations need to restructure their business in order to improve their competitive capabilities in the world's integration, especially in the current context of economic recession. However, to restructure their business, the corporations are required to change their management philosophies. The management and the business processes should be changed and improved. On that basis, the corporations can shape and organize their business types in accordance with their conditions as well as business stregies. For the longterm and stable development, the coporations are supposed to define and locate really well their core capabilities. Basing on these, they can set up their business development strategies.
