Abstract

Mekong Delta is a Ppotential region for the tourism, especially the ecological one. In the past years, Mekong Delta tourism has shown its quick development, but the economic benefits have not been correspondent with the region's potential. Hence, it needs a complete investment in developing the region comprehensively. The development of highly qualified human resources for Mekong Delta tourism is one of the factors which play a decisive role. The solutions to develop the human resources for Mekong Delta tourism presented in this paper will give a significant contribution to the effective and fast development of the tourism in order to meet the needs of society in the integration.
